Passon Performance 5-speed

I spoke to him about a week ago. He also sounded aggravated. Said that if he could walk away from this he would but that he can't or will lose everything. It is worrysome that it has taken this long to bring this to market when he showed it almost a year ago. I'm thinking that it's a matter of being squeezed for capital to make it all happen. He did say that he had over a 100 folks signed up to get one. I'm one of them. Fortunately, I don't need it anytime soon so can afford to wait. But the longer this goes on the more worried I am that it will never happen. My other worry. If it does and I ever need parts will they be available. My thought is that if he does manage to get this thing on the street and it works as advertised that even if he goes under someone else will buy the right to it and market it. I hope that doesn't happen since he appears to be such a nice guy. I could go with the 833 I have but really want the overdrive.
