In all honesty, they are great. We stand behind ours for the length of your warranty, and we have our detail guy do it. He is great. I highly recommend it if you live somewhere with high salt content in the winter, our trucks that we work on have no rust and the interiors are so clean, every vehicle that has the "pro-pack"

It also helps the technicians out when they work on your car ;)
