Don't mention the rust on the firewall, just say "extremely solid for a 47 year old car".

As the previous poster pointed out, no directionals equals no inspection sticker....huge red flag (for some). And yeah, fix the sticky brake, so you can then say "recent brake work" 8^)

Forget the "lowered price" or whatever....it's a steal at that price, you just need to word it that way...
