Glad they made it right.
I put the same springs and shackles on my duster this summer with no issues.

All vendors have trouble once in a while.
I ordered a rear floor pan one time and recieved a front.
Called the company and they said keep the front pan, it was cheaper to just ship right pan.

Screw up happen we are all human.
