I bought a 72 /6 Demon this summer and the immediate thought turned to dropping in a 360 and swapping out the rear for an 8 3/4 with 3:55 or 4:10 gears. The car now is all original aside from dual exhaust the previous owner put on and its a pig. I definitely need more power! I just can't decide if I should do a performance upgrade on the slant or just pull it and drop in a nice 360.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
How many horse can I get out of a /6 without dropping tons of money on upgrades?:help:
