'71 Supercharged Hemi Demon
Fresh pics, decided to strip the car to shell before i go any further. Part way into the task.
Removed the Driver's Side Door, Windshield, Dash Frame, Heaterbox, Brake Pedal Assembly and started to clean out the interior of the car. My grandfather seems to think my car is a storage container and just throws whatever inside it. :wack:
Still have to replace the Torsion Bar/Transmission Crossmember (with a boxed in crossmember), start making the new floorpans, rust removal on the firewall, etc.
The heaterbox is a plain jane, no-a/c model, and it's broken too (somebody tried to fix it with duct tape). That's Ok, I have a 1970 (give or take) A/C Heaterbox to install in the car, with the matching Push Button Climate Control.
Got it in trade with a bunch of parts a few years ago. I traded a rust-free, dent free, uncut '73 Dart Sport Hood for a 70/71 A/C Heaterbox, A-Body Console (needed restored, in my '74 Duster now), A pair of A-Body Buckets (needed recovered), A '73 Dart Sport Hood with a Scoop, A box of assorted A-Body Emblems and some other stuff... My friend really needed that hood (and it was the same color as his car), so he offered me a bunch of stuff for it.
