Have some questions about a 5.7 swap into 73 Charger

Ok the SKIM question, all the cars have it, and the trucks started using it 03 as an option and it became standard in 06. No matter what truck you look at it could have it. My buddy has a base model 03 2500 it has the SKIM. My 04 1500 with all the upgrades did not have it. So it can be a crap shoot on what 03-05 has the SKIM.
