Front end bushings and disk brakes

Hello all,

Whew! It's been a long time since I have posted anything here!
Here are some pictures of my Duster finally getting it's new front end bushings and disk brakes! The bushings are the PST poly and I added their sway bar which was interesting to get mounted. (They should have designed it to mount to the factory holes. The way they wanted you to mount it, it sat to low. I ended up having it mounted to the front of the A Frame.)

The disk brakes came out of a 71 Duster in the junk yard, original Kelsey Hayes! Luckily, the car had not been there long so the brake cylinders were still ok. The mechanic told me to change out the brake fluid every year and I should be fine.

For those of you that remember my "Sharktooth Grill Repair" post, it has not only been a while since I updated on that, but taken a while for me to get over what I had to do next. You see the liquid mask I used to cover the black fins did not completely protect them from the silver over spray. So after licking my wounds from the Sharktooth Grill for some time I am ready to begin again. I won't have to completely start over, just go through the painstaking task of carefully sanding and picking the silver flecks off of the fins and hand brushing them with some more black. I'm not going to re mask off all of the fins and teeth again! It should look better than most when it's done. :banghead:

Take care!
