Someone tried to be smart and screwed-up my intake manifold

This manifold is not "botched." Grind/ chisel off the bolt head, remove the plate, weld a nut if necessary to the stub, or use vise grips and unscrew the damn thing.

Shouldn't take you more than 1/2 hour to get the whole thing off there.
