$875 too high?

Exactly which parts on this car are worth more than the asking price?? None of the suspension, driveline, or 4 door interior parts will fetch hardly any money. That leaves the front fenders..OK, they are worth something if they are in decent shape, the hood ..Ok, that too. The grilles look to be junk, the taillights may be the same, the drivers side air box maybe and the dash pad if it isn't trashed, but I don't see the $$$!!

I have owned/do own a number of 66 Valiants and Barracudas and I am pretty versed on the pricing of components from these cars. If you are buying this car to part out yes you may make your money back, but does that pay for all your time and effort to strip, clean, list, pack and ship items?? I doubt it!! You'd be better off leaving it just the way it is and driving it like the OP's friend is planning to do. QWhich brings me back to my guesstimate... it's a $500.00 dollar car almost everywhere but in the inflated west!!JMO, Geof
The inflated west well where do you find rust free cars and parts out west. Like I said the car is worth it and I have been dealing in mopars for over 40 years. So say what you want the car is worth it and I have proof of it and I bet most of the cars and parts you have bought have been west coast cars, I know I lived in Ohio for over 40 years. The whole front clip will fit a barracuda.
