Truck / Trailer question?

I towed with a 1995 Chevy 1500 4x4 V-6 manual for 5 years, I only went to 3 big races a year but the truck did fine.
The down falls for the V-6 are......
1. Up hill pulling
2. Short distance stopping
3. Sucks fuel like I do beer
Other then that it was fine, If you have the chance go with the V-8. But if price and todays fuel prices are a concern (for everyday driving) and you dont plan on towing your car every weekend, Go for the V-6.
