Lowballers

We got a guy down here that won't give you a price until you make an offer.
Then he laughs, and gives you an absolute top dollar mint condition type price for a used rusty part. if you counter offer, he usually doesn't acknowledge that you have said anything.
I have no idea how this guy ever sells anything.
