Auto Console/shifter and brackets

I have a real nice console with shifter complete and brackets. Hate to sell it but **** happens. Pics arent close to the condition. Besides the 3 tiny holes on top plate that is all thats wrong with it. Asking $280.00 or best offer for all of it plus shipping. Thanks
