my heater fan does not blow hard enough to defrost the windshield entirely and doesnt even come close to getting enough air in the cabin to de fog any of the windows. it has a low and high speed......the high speed still blows really slow.....its warm....its just slow

clean up the electrical connections make sure they're good and tight, have you gotten a new motor?
