How to get the motor from the floor up onto the stand

you could stand the engine on its end with flywheel pointing up. then bolt on your engine stand then maybe tip it up with some leverage. just be really careful and don't rush it. Don't put you or yourself in a situation where the engine could fall on top of you. good luck.
