Maybe he had a good reputation but he's done you so wrong it's time for action. You've been way too patient on this dud. Just make sure you pull both cars before he screws with them. I hate these kind of guys. You hear about it all the time with cars and home remodel jobs.

The money you gave him is long gone and spent and now he doesn't have the money to finish. With the high cost of auto paint, I'm sure all the Charger paint delays are because he doesn't have the money for the paint and is stalling because he can't tell you that.
