I ran that tire last year on my Barracuda about the same weight, with rim screws, running low 11s. What worked best for my car was 12.5 psi.
You should be fine with a lot more pressure (15+) if youre running high 12s. You may want to mark the rim and tire to make sure youre not spinning the tire on the rim.
