I read the artical where the fellow put these seats in a Corvair but they were from 99 and older. He did say to use the Box and Harness from an early car on the 2000 seats but my question is... do I need to do anything else? is it a "Plug and Play" with the seats I already have for the Car ? I hope one of you can help. Any input is welcome. Thanks, Tim

I got seats from a Mustang Cobra for my Dart. The drivers is electric. The only connections to the car are +12V and gnd, as I recall. Otherwise, it is self-contained. Probably the same for the Sebring, unless you have something on the seat controlled from the dash, like a butt heater.

Nope no Heater, but there is a Seatbelt timer and a Enursha (sp?) Switch that feels G's to help lock up the Belts. I really wonder if all the seats are wired the same and all I have to do is use the older Harness and "Black Box"?

The seats should be the same. Chrysler went to a different set up in 2001 when they changed the body style. Then they went with the airbag sensors and the tensioners that are like a 22 shell that go off and immediately take the slack out of the seats.
