Pulleys don't line up

Awesome setup! I have a 360Magnum stroked to a 408, eagle rods, wiseco pistons, eddy heads, hughes cam and springs, windage tray and MSD. Haven't fired up yet as it is still on the engine stand. Just now ran into the pulley problem. How are you getting traction? I'm worried on mine.

I have drag shocks front and rear, Hoosier QTP, and a pinon snubber...works well enough to get the front end off the ground with 1.55 60' times.

My crank pulley is actually sticking out too far, from the water pump and alternator pulley by about .250. What now?
