Pulleys don't line up

Thanks 340mopar. I did call ATI, and they said to mill about .250 off the back of the damper hub, to bring the pulley back in line with the others, as it is bottoming against the crank gear off the timing chain. Does that sound crazy? It's just such a pain in the *** to install the fan with all those shims as I have done in the past, I'd like to make things simple.

Thanks,
Darren

If you take .250 off the back of the snout is there enough space between the timing tab and the balancer so it doesn't make contact?

Being the difference is .250 it seems like that ATI balancer is designed for a motor plate application, motor plates are .250 thick and go between the water pump and timing cover. This would make it line up.
