Is that an Adapter bolted to a standard 4BBL Manifold? If so, where can you get that Adapter?

yes its a blower plate made by gary dyer,,,he converted old offenhauser intake to bolt a V 6.71 or standard 6.71 blower to small blocks back in the 1970s,,he is still in busniess but doent not make the intakes any more that i know of,,,

a company called hampton blowers now makes small block mopar blower intakes,,,a little crude but they work,,last i heard 1200.00 bucks,,, you may want to contact them and ask,,, if your intrested ide contact BIG ALS TOY BOX he carries them,,,and is a super nice guy to deal with,,,heres a few more intake pics

The reason I asked, is, A blower is going on my '74 duster one way or another... But to be street legal the whole thing has to be 2" in the line of sight or less (measured from the top of the dashpad)

A roots 6-71 setup with one of the Dyers or BDS manifolds (with carbs & filters) measures 21.5" from engine block to filters.... 19" would be 2" above my dashpad (which is already 1" taller than an original dashpad)

I figured with an adapter like that, I could mill the carb mounting surface on one of my old Single Plane Intakes flat (they're at an angle) and knock a few inches off the height of the setup and remain street legal.

Not a Duster but they are slots...

unless u sink the motor lower in the engine bay its going to be too high with carbs and a air cleaner or scoop of any kind,,,,dont think ive ever seen u around town,,,you can make the intake your self,,the hot ticket would be to use a in line dual quad inate and make a plate like mine,,or the bottom of a street tunnel ram,,,hieght is your enemy,,,

around town? You're near Lewistown? If so feel free to drop me a PM and we'll hang out some time. I love hangin out with fellow mopar nuts, especially the ones who are...well... nuts and have a big ole "belt driven hood scoop" :D

I thought about dropping my engine down, but I'll need a skidplate, since my oil pan already has dents & battle scars from hitting high spots in the road.

EDIT :

not exactly "Slots", but they do look damn fine on any A-Body. vintage (manufactured June 1976) Keystone Klassic wheels. 185/75/14's up front and 28x10-14's out back.
