yes its a blower plate made by gary dyer,,,he converted old offenhauser intake to bolt a V 6.71 or standard 6.71 blower to small blocks back in the 1970s,,he is still in busniess but doent not make the intakes any more that i know of,,,
a company called hampton blowers now makes small block mopar blower intakes,,,a little crude but they work,,last i heard 1200.00 bucks,,, you may want to contact them and ask,,, if your intrested ide contact BIG ALS TOY BOX he carries them,,,and is a super nice guy to deal with,,,heres a few more intake pics
