American restorations!

My wife and I are pickers..... We carry hancleaner and sanitize them as we do our picking (never can tell what a person can pick up or jump on you at some places) :glasses7:
Not long ago we was in Little rock and Treva found a stand up tall old light fixture and prayed $50 for it, I thought :violent1:, then :oops: She does her home work on lamps and knows here stuff, she sold it for 1.120.00 on line and these kind of deals don't hit all the time but it all adds up.
I enjoy watching these shows and I seen the one with the Lindburgh jacket that Geof is talking about, I agree it is for show, but I bet there are people with deep pockets fighting to get them to do work for them. Remember when George Stenofalis walked into Pawn Stars and bought a book, The place was empty :oops: (security I bet) and from what I have been told there is a line 2 blocks long to get in that pawn shop.
Like another member said it is intertainment and I have the tv on the History or the out doors channel, myself I enjoy watching these kind of shows along with MCIS and re-runs of Cheers and Mash 4077 , but hay, I wake up to a new world every day :D
