1/2 PIPE ....??? Not 1/2....
HVAC copper tubing is also another possible option if you can find it in a straight tube instead of a coil. HVAC copper is different size than plumbing copper. Stainless steel is a good option since it won't need plated, has far more strength than copper. There is also 3/8 iron pipe but Lowes only carries it in 12 inch lengths. I am sure that there must be some place to buy longer 3/8" pipe.
