Well I'm waiting for my friend to call back, he's currently checking through the piles of parts he has laying around.
Fortunately the lock pillar/door jamb itself took no noticeable damage, just the quarter panel, it rolled it in (deep) just past the seam where the 2 are welded together. I've gotta say whoever did the 'repair' had A LOT of hours in that job, because they shaped it to the point where it didn't look like there was any damage at all (no matter what angle you looked at it from).
What impresses me is, it never cracked or bubbled. It was definitely old body work, you know how when you find 25+ year old body filler and it's pure white from age? yeah that's what I was finding.
