The SRT Jeep manifolds hug the block nicely and will work with the alterkation
What I am unsure abot is the clearence for running the clutch rods.
As was said to save a few bucks you can run the truck oil pan and pick up tube. Some choose not to because it hangs lower than some of the aftermarket ones I believe.
If you are going to run the Jeep manifolds you will need an 05 up mini starter. That puts the solenoid directly on top of the starter and not slightly to the side like the earlier ones. The manifolds fit to tigh against the block for those to fit.
