If you'd like, PM or call me. I have a small side business repairing Mopar gauges. I specialize in the electroluminescent gauges in the first gen Chargers, but have rebuilt several A body Rally clusters (including the one in my 71 Demon 340). There is more to the gauges not working than just the voltage limiter, if the insulated nichrome wire is cooked inside the fuel/oil press/temp gauges, replacing the voltage limiter inside the fuel gauge with an external one won't solve the problem.
