WOW!! That's a lot of rust. You're a brave man to even tackle it, but it can be done. Personally, I'd find a donor car and get a complete roof, hood, and the filler panel between the rear window and trunk lid. With good metal in those areas, then it's just another typical A body resto. Good luck.
