Duster Rear Window Louvers

I have a Duster, the material source and the access to the equipment. All I need to get started is a few general dimensions and some pics of the hinge and hold down. I have some ideas but would like to duplicate the originals. I need to know thickness and width of the individual louvers. Were they all the same? Looks like in the pics they have a slight bend to them. I am a aviation sheet metal worker so the cutting and bending is not the problem. I think some 2024 T6 aircraft aluminum will give it the proper stiffness and I think .050 should do the trick, but need data?
