Yup, me too, I also use some gold hi-temp permatex sealer. I have Hooker super comps, they have thick flanges so that helps a lot. I have even had both headers un-bolted from the motor and reused them and they still seal nice! On my other 340 car, I have regular Hookers and they leak, I have to run 2 Mr. Gasket seals on each side on with lots of sealer on that one, otherwise they don't seal up for $hit, even the same felpro one on my other engine burn right thu with the cheap headers. I have thought about the copper or aluminum ones before though....
