gauge indicator needle paint?

ok i know i have seen it on here some where before but i cannot find it. what is the color and type of paint to use to restore the (red orange) color back on the indicator needles? this thread when answered should be put into the tech archive incase you are restoring and or fixing your gauges. thanks.......
