340 buildup advice

I guess I needed to truly define the idle quality I wanted. I am going for the 108 because it produces a more "erratic" idle and as far as track performance it definately produces more power, peakier than a 112-114 which are "mellow" in my definition of idle. Again we all have our own personal taste. To build up the low end for cruising I will be using 4.10's likely and I will likely also be using an overdrive tranny with a 3500 stall, again we all have our own definitions of street cruisers. I have plenty of other toys I use strictly for drag racing and that's how they are setup. This is just a bad little cruiser I want to build.
