273 rockers on 340----T/A pushrods?

Hey everyone. I just want to verify when using the 273 adjustable rockers on a 340, I have to use the 340 T/A pushrods due to being a hydrolic lifter but mechanical rockers. Please correct me if im wrong. Also where can I get the spacers for the rocker arms? I will be using the shaft clamps/bolts from the stocker 340 valvetrane.
Anything else I need to be aware of?
