Can anyone help with the value of this car?

It don't sound like "uncle" is of the mindset to give it to someone in the family who will enjoy it like it should be. Sounds like "uncle" wants to make a buck on his good fortune!! Too bad too, I'm in for the $1 price, but I don't think it's gonna happen that way!! Geof
