Rebuilding a 2008/2010 engine

My heads are finally clean, gonna take some heavy cleaners to my 08 block and paint it. Any opinions as to what to paint it?

Picked up the harness. Like I said I'll just use the 2010 pistons in the 2008 block and if I need to i'll Shave the heads to gain some compression. I'll be porting/polishing the heads as it is. The whole point to putting the hemi in my 81 is to just get a try at doing this major of a swap. Looked at the wiring in my 81 and it's pretty gross so it desperately needs a new setup.
