1977 Plymouth Arrow GT

is it possible to get a title for it? Would you consider a trade? (if I could get a title, obviously, that's my big concern)

I've got a '74 Plymouth Scamp I'd be willing to trade, it's a Slant 6 (assumed non-running. no carb, I never tried to start it) with A/C, Power Disc Brakes, Power Steering, Map Light, Vinyle Top. I was never a Scamp/Swinger person, but I bought the car to save it. Love the old Arrows though, always wanted one (I have the truck version, now I just need the car to match it :D )
