Lowballers

Seriousness has nothing to do with it. At least not for me. When I make an offer, it is an offer that is within the budget constraints of being disabled. I don't have a lot of money to throw at my hobby. It would seem some people think that since I and others are on a tight budget, that we should not even be building a car. My "tactic" for buying something for my HOBBY is to make an offer. Period. I never get mad when someone makes an offer on something I am trying to sell. I am grateful for any offer at all.
