I have suggested it several times. In the case of someone getting ripped off, the person that got ripped off would start a thread, and it will get locked. The only other party that would be able to respond would be the seller, they would have to contact a moderator to do so, perhaps send his response to a moderator thru the pm system. I understand we have a feedback system, but it does not get used by everybody. I have made several purchases that never had feedback left. A member recently contacted me about getting ripped off by someone, his deal was made thru pm's, no sale ad was used. So other than starting a rant thread, which will get lost eventually, the only person that knows about the thief is me.
