Hemi Heads - and Hemi questions

Ink - I did go to the one link for Stage V, That is a very nice set-up for the Wedge conversion and would be the better avenue if/when I plan on building a Hemi motor for power. FastmanEFI link was good, just did not see any information pertinent at this time on this topic, other link was dead.

My curiosity got me on the Wedge/Hemi Domed pistons since I would be using a 440 block if I did the Stage V avenue. Guess never looked for pistons like them so don't know anything about them and would need to look further before I asked any questions. If I did anything, I would probably buy the book spoken about and research Hemi's more.

As for the steel heads, If I was to do an Original 426 motor, these would be a great buy if the guy lets them go. I guess 1, either I would look for a Hemi block, or 2, sell/trade them off for a 440 Wedge\Stage V build. My speculation is they are sought after in the Hemi\OE world, especially being unmolested and original (DC or otherwise) Looking on Ebay (only other source I could think of) only seen one pair, but they look like foreign made items since they wouldn't show any casting numbers or such. And there is only one head for the 559 cast which is bare, it started at $500 reserve not met.

Who wouldn't want an elephant under the hood, like Mopar Nirvana - if you can afford it. So, I think Ebay and the links answer my price question, and as for all the PM's recieved - It confirms my suspicion of being desired.

805Moparkid, thanks for the YouTubes, cool cars - Not trying to break intellectual property, but do you have a part number for the Wedge Hemi piston you use on your builds.
