Pertronix Ignitor-Procomp Coil Blues
I've had the Pertronics Ignitor II and Procomp coil on for a couple of weeks and all seemed to be fine. Today after finally finishing up the 3.91 posi setup and putting on the 11" brakes I was all set to run the gears in for a bit and presto!!! No fire! Good voltage to the terminals but nada. I tried manually grounding the coil but no spark from it. I swapped coils out with a known good part and nothing. It looks like both items are bad at the same time or one killed the other. Anyone have experiences with these components or a combination there of?
