I'm in the camp that likes Stacey D., think he's a good guy with talent and not full of himself, unlike some of the others already mentioned. That candy apple green street rod he built was cool, the old Dodge 4x4 truck build was impressive too, and the Miata V-8 with the Italian style body kit as a Cobra kit car alternative showed some of his skills.
