solid roller vs. solid flat tappet for street??

Guys I need some opinions quick. I'm about to build a 400-470 stroker for the street. This car will only see maybe 200 miles a year. Im getting mixed opinions on doing a solid roller for the street because of the pounding a roller set up gives and the longevity of the rockers. I do not want yearly maintenance. I am staying around a 600 lift, 240-250 @ .050 duration and a LSA of 113 for a EFI set up. The reason I need quick thoughts is I will be at Summit this thur. with money to burn. This is also backed by a 5spd and 430 grs fully tubbed and caged 63 valiant. I hope to post pics after paint. Thanks All ----- I guess I should have added info on the cam Comp. has already suggested to me---Ray said they would use the specs from a hyd.cam #23-70-9 and make it a solid roller. It has a duration of 248 and 254 @ .050 and a centerline of 109 and would move the LSA out to 113 for my EFI. He recommended springs # 16-953 but I don't know the pressure.
