solid roller vs. solid flat tappet for street??

I built a 470"-400 a few years ago. Lost the Comp flat tappet(XS280S?) in the 1st 1k mi. Installed a street solid roller from Comp(XR280R? I don't have my paperwork here)with the recommended springs. The springs for the street solids are not that aggressive. Specs are 242/[email protected] and .570/.576 lift IIRC. Pressures are(again IIRC) a tick over 200 closed and a tick over 500 open? Been in there over 3 yrs now,I run the valves every spring and put on about 1k mi per year. Runs great, idles at 900 w/about 12" vac. Pulls easily up to 6k. Made 420 RWHP at 5500 rpm and about 500 ft lbs from 3k up:burnout:

Edit: mine's on a 110 LSA but I'm sure Comp could put it on a 112-113 for your EFI. All said and done I would probably have someone spec one for your efi build.
