Power Steering Leaking

I would change the shaft seal if the pump is otherwise working fine. If you have a bolt-on pulley, it's a pretty easy job. If it's a press-on pulley it's a bit harder as you will need to pull the pump, get a pulley puller, and use a press to get the pulley back on (if yours has the solid shaft). If you need to press the pulley, get a kit that includes the reservoir "O" ring too as it will probably leak if you don't replace it. I use a screw-in type dent-puller-slidehammer tool to remove the seal. A hammer and socket the proper size can be used to install the new seal. Smear a real thin coating of RTV on the "O" ring before you install the CLEAN/DRY reservoir housing and let it set up before you add the fluid.
