hedman "tight tube" hedders?

With the way he routed the pipes, there's actually more room than what it looks like, but it is still kinda snug. Depending on how much longer they are, you'd probably still be fine to route them above the steering...even if you did have to move them, you'd only have to extend the longitudinal pipe an inch or so. There's ample clearance with mine in that axis...it's all based on whatever you or your chosen exhaust shop can do. Feel free to copy and take those pictures for reference if you'd like. I can tell you you'll need about 6 ea 180* U bends so the fab can be done to clear the steering parts unless you have a shop in mind with a mandrel bender. Beyond that, they can just do pretty much standard 2.5" stuff.
