I've offered this before, but no one was close enough, or interested enough. Anyone want a rust free CA Duster? Was a /6, now a 318/727 8 3/4 (3.91s). I'd sell it as is for $4K. I'd include a fresh 360 for $4800. I'd include a TNW brand nitrous kit and the 360 for $5K. So much to list, it's crazy. Let me know if your interested. I'll go on for ever.

I may sell, or I may drop a 413 I just re assembled into it. I just have a chance it get a buddies car for $4500, so Maybe I'll get it. Hmm...
Bought this one because the wife likes the color, but the other guys car had a 6 speed richmond. I just test drove it last weekend, and it's fun to drive.

There' just light surface rust, anyone? I've got one guy from Canada interested, that's all so far.
Mike

I'm going to check how much would it cost to Bring That Duster. The car is located in NY Right?US$4.000?w/ the 360 US$4.800?

I'm in Rochester, NY 14616. Don't know how an international shipment works, but I'd need payment in full before shipping anything, (Duh). Those prices are correct. Let me know what you think.

Good luck selling her Mike! Id take it off your hands if I had room for another one. Its too bad I dont because the car is in great shape! Whoever gets it is going to be happy!

You know I don't understand some things. I got an E-mail trashing my rep, and saying that I have a bad reputation in carlise. I haven't been to carlise since 2002, and that was the first time I ever went. I sold nothing, and bought a trunk load of stuff, that I was happy to get my hands on. This idiot says there was a few bad posts on the thread where I'm posting this car for sale? I've got it on here, mochat, and moparts. You can only post a response here and mochat. Wonder who the lurking idiot is? Maybe the guy with the needs a rebuild 340 who I talked crap about? The guy is from an area west of me, and I've never met him. I just noticed his ads were priced like E-gag stuff. Who's peed on his cheerios?
Thanks for the great words about the Duster. I've got to say, if i don't get the chance to buy my buddies car, I'm not selling.

Not me Dusterdood!!! I myself have never been to Carlisle. You never quit do you!! I made it clear you were upset at me because you were trying to pan off a piece of garbage under a bad description!! Since I didn't want it, you started to trash me; yet I have never met you???

Bye the way, I have never met you so why you still stewing about my listing which is no longer???? I have at best!! Less than ten in two years; and you now have over 607 POSTS!!! With the same amount of time!!! YOU CERTAINLY HAVE NERVE Trying to bad mouth me!!!

Claim yourself as a dealer and stop the friend's car story!!

I wish I was in the middle of that picture!!!!!!!!!!

Lightly stated personal Vendetta's for something that was never bought/seen; should stay out of the forums! I never said I wanted what he was selling; I just asked for additional pictures; that's all!

Only if those 2 girls could break up the fight!!! If you took the photos, can I be the first in saying; "GOD BLESS YOU!!!!"

I've got no vendetta. I only posted as everyone else did about the price being high. I call a truce. Your last post rings true. There's no place for crap slinging on this forum. I saw BBD pull thier for sale listings, and bounce members due to people not being able to get along. I just thought the in coming E-mail that was negative must have been based on that thread, because I rarely if ever post negatively.
I'm not a dealer, and I haven't met you ever. 'Nuf said.

By the way, I've got a bunch of under car pics. I don't want to keep posting all these pics, but if you want them let me know.

If theres one quick thing I learned about dusterdood, is that;

He has a love for these cars.

Buys and sells to meet a goal, like many of us.

He's active. He'll purchase a car for what he needs and sell the rest to recoupe his money. Like most of us.
(I don't have the money to purchase a junker at any price for a small amount of anything and toss the rest. Wish I had the bucks to laff that one off.)

He has allways been straight up and honest about whats going on and what he has, like most of should be.

Price have been inexpensive. He said it best. I got a good deal, why shouldn't you. I payed a few bucks for the car, why should you pay the same for less?

Whom ever trashed dusterdood may have a reason not fitting. He has allways been straight up and honest about everything I have had to deal with him on.
IMO, he gets the good guy alert vote from me. ;-)

Thanks Rob, you're OK with me, too.
By the way, another guy made an offer on the other car that I want to buy. That offer was rejected, but if he comes back with more cash, he may sell. My desire to sell this one goes way down when that car is out of the picture. I suggest anyone who is seriously interested act quickly. Just in case the duster isn't up for grabs any longer.

I second that, Mike is a great guy and has always been willing to work with me when Ive bought things from him in the past! Id buy from him in a heartbeat if he had something I need. A few of the parts I have waiting to go onto the Swinger have come from Mike. He is definately one of the good guys that I have delt with while parts collecting for my project!

I wanted to add that I found a small pin hole in the lower rear quarter. Can't call it rust free anymore. LOL. I went to the garage where my buddy works and got it NYSI, I let the guys in the garage have a little show when I left. (Read: smoked 'em)
When I got home, and cleaned the rubber off of the rear wheel lip, there was this hole the size of the tip of a ball point pen. Life is hard, and metal can't hold up I guess. Bummer.

Just bumping this post to the top because there's still one guy in Canada who was interested. Now it's got a fresh drivetrain of a +.030" 413, and a 727. $669 Schumacher tri-ys, and a Torker II intake with a Holley HP series 750 DP. The new price is $6K. If you come with cash before the snow flies I'll take $5500, but that price is very firm.
Mike

Bumping this back to the top in case people who asked about it wanted to see these pictures. Asking $5500.
