HELP 408 stroker bad vibration

it was an assembled short block from "blueprint engines". i called them and they told me it was externally balanced. i bought an external balance harmonic balancer from Napa. i saw in the summit racing catalog a flexplate for a 360 external balance, part #bmm10239. is that all i need or do i need a new torque converter also?
