Open message to the guy who screwed me out of a fuel pump

I replied to an Orange Co craigslist ad for a used carter hemi/440+6 fuel pump for $40. There was no email listed, only a number. I sent the guy a couple texts to make sure it was the right pump, he really didn't know but I figured I would take it anyway. Was trying to work out a shipping price and he didn't respond.
