Plastic race seat and cover

I have a decent lightweight plastic racing seat and cushion for sale. It’s has the black cushion and measure 32” high, approximately 17” wide and 19” deep. The cover isn’t ripped and the plastic base isn’t broken. I’d like to get $25 both the seat and the cover, plus the shipping.
