slant six turbo build

what would I need to do to connect my 65mm turbo to my slant through the exhaust Ive seen some manifolds but they all look home made. Any help and or advise on this subject would greatly appreciated. I will be hoping to have 7 to 10 lbs of boost and any help with hooking a turbo up would be greatly appreciated since I am new to the automotive world. I have a limited budget of $1000.
